How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is packed with care, often featuring 'whiplash' style corners to prevent seam splits and corner dings during transit.
What is the return policy for opened media?
To maintain the integrity of our limited releases, we only accept returns on unopened vinyl and CDs within 30 days of purchase. If your item is defective or warped, please contact our support team for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
